Chef De Partie

Cook and prepare food in the main / mess kitchens
- Working to strict recipes and able to follow recipe cards
- Working unsupervised
- Cleaning the kitchen and ensuring all work stations are clean and tidy
- Offloading deliveries and using the FIFO method
- Following the food safety guidelines and H&S procedures
- Some cash handling and FOH work may be required
- Employee may be asked to carry out cleaning duties as required

Must be a UK resident with a minimum of 5 years in the UK
- A confident chef
- Excellent organisation skills
- Previous experience essential
- A DBS check is required
