To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work and must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks. Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team working at HMP Bullingdon, Bicester OX25 1PZ. You will be responsible for collaborating with the teams about food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards. This is a full-time role; 4 days on, 4 days off, providing excellent work life balance and saving you a bit in annual leave days. Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams., A day in the life of a Chef de Partie: - Working with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals, 3 times a day. Supervising and assisting enhanced inmates in the kitchen. - Responsible for the preparation of basic quality foods within a set pre ordered menu. - Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets. - Full knowledge of all menu items served. - Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy. - Fill in all relevant paperwork and due diligence forms. - Be an excellent team player and be able to deal with conflict if it arises. - Undertake relevant training as required., A day in the life of a Chef de Partie Working with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals, 3 times a day. You will be set up for success if you have: - Relevant culinary qualification. - Previous experience of working in a kitchen. - Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning). - Excellent team player and communicator. - Lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work and be able to pass full security vetting
