Located in London and the south, each of our spacious pubs has a unique interior, designed, and finished with an eclectic mix of décor and furnishings, with snugs, seating, outdoor areas, and staging providing the perfect backdrop. Live music and sport are our passion. Our big screens offer coverage of racing, golf, boxing, rugby, and football, and were famed for our live music acts including traditional Irish music as well as quiz nights, karaoke, and late-night DJs. At our heart is a great traditional pub experience offering, a wide range of beers, ales, wines and spirits, and food in good old-fashioned Irish and bistro styles. A day in the life of a CDP:
- To maintain food hygiene, service and presentation to standard
- Working on either breakfast or dinner service.
- Deliver first class food throughout service.
- Perform food preparation and made to order services to recipe specified criteria.
- Take delivery and restock goods and ensure appropriate displays merchandised correctly.
- Carry out stock rotation and assist with stock checks as required.
- Clean back of house and front of house service areas to support delivery of services.
- Preparation of any other public facing areas as required including set up for hospitality events.
Relevant culinary experience operating at a CDP level. - A passion for food and service.
- Flexible approach to hours and duties.
- IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders.
