To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team
- and right now we are looking to recruit for a Chef De Partie to join the centre.
Lilleshall is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Lilleshall provides excellent facilities to Britain's leading sports men and women. We are also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events and team-building days.

As a Chef De Partie you will work as part of the kitchen team to support the Head chef and Sous Chef and be expected to be part of the team in the development of the catering services

In this role there are certain activities that you will be accountable for including customer service, cleaning, food handling/preparation, following uniform standards and ensuring high standards for our weddings/private parties.

You will have the opportunity to lead a team and perfect your skills, while providing a stable income, work life balance shifts, excellent career prospects and free access to the leisure facilities, plus free / discounted meals when on shift.

To be considered for this role you will Ideally come from a catering background previously in a chef role. You should have a Level 2 Food Safety certificate. It will be an advantage if you have previous experience of catering for weddings or private parties., Disability Confident
