As Chef de Partie you will support the Kitchen team, ensuring food is prepared to a high standard, building a strong relationship with our front of house teams to deliver exceptional levels of service to all our guests. As a new Rockfish Chef de Partie, you will be supported by structured training, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with Rockfish. Our chefs get to work with the best sustainable seafood, MSC certified or caught and managed in the Southwest of England, direct from our Brixham fish market. Some experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef within a restaurant environment would be advantageous. You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it's at its busiest.
