Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be an integral part of our culinary team, delivering exceptional meals for corporate staff. Working in a fast-paced kitchen, you'll contribute to preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence.,

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and daily operations.
• Ensure consistent presentation and quality in all food served.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize waste.
  
  Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Passion for delivering top-notch culinary experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
