Chef de Partie

This role as Chef de Partie at Avery Healthcare in Bournemouth offers an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team and make a positive impact on the lives of the residents. You will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in providing a high-quality culinary service that contributes to the overall wellbeing of the residents., As a Chef de Partie, your focus will be on preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, supporting cost-effective stock control systems, and working with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and review the menu on a regular basis. You will also be required to participate in meetings with residents and Heads of Departments to discuss and agree catering functions across the home, and to address special needs or dietary requirements of residents.
