Full Job Description

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen (such as sauces, meats, vegetables, or pastry). You'll be expected to manage food preparation, ensure quality control, and maintain high standards while working closely with other kitchen staff to keep operations running smoothly.,

  • Manage and oversee your designated section of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Assist with training and supervising junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within your section.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Help with stock management and ordering supplies for your section.

    Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
