Chef de Partie- Bakery

We're looking for a talented Bakery Chef de Partie to join our team at this historic London landmark! This role is perfect for someone passionate about baking and excited to showcase their skills in a dynamic and unique setting.,

• Craft and create a variety of bakery items, including breads, pastries, and desserts
• Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
• Manage ingredient ordering, stock control, and maintain food safety standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings
  
  Proven experience in bakery or pastry roles
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and trends
• Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating outstanding bakery items
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining a clean and safe workspace
