Full Job Description
- You will maintain appropriate stock levels and keep good hygiene practice and be able to adapt to different situations.
- You will have good relationships and communication with front and back of house staff.
- You will be required to follow instructions from Head Chef & Senior Chefs and be able to follow specifications in a timely manner.
- You will be responsible for day-to-day food preparation for the golf course and be required to supervise kitchen porters & Commis Chefs.
- You will work with the Head Chef to develop revenue and expense plans to maximise sales and profitability while maintaining excellence in quality and customer relations.
Hospitality and Leisure Sector experience - Essential - 1 years' experience as Chef De Partie - Essential
- Good Understanding of Food safety (Minimum level 2)/Allergens/COSHH - Essential
- Experience working in a busy, high-pressure environment - Essential
