To maintain food hygiene, service and presentation to standard
Working on either breakfast or dinner service.
Deliver first class food throughout service.
Perform food preparation and made to order services to recipe specified criteria.
Take delivery and restock goods and ensure appropriate displays merchandised correctly.
Carry out stock rotation and assist with stock checks as required.
Clean back of house and front of house service areas to support delivery of services.
Preparation of any other public facing areas as required including set up for hospitality events.

Relevant culinary experience operating at a CDP level.
A passion for food and service.
Flexible approach to hours and duties.
IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders.
Must have Right to Work and be able to pass security checks.
