- Prepare and cook dishes in the assigned section with consistent quality.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Manage stock levels and report inventory needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen. - Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
