Chef de Partie - Full and Part time

The Courtyard by Marriott - Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire. We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team.

At The Courtyard by Marriott, we pride ourselves on delivering the ultimate all-day dining experience, exclusively using the finest locally sourced ingredients for our Chef's specialty small plates. The hotel has 250 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms, a gym and a bar/restuarant and is in 5 minutes walking distance to the airport.

As a Chef de Partie, you will collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure impeccable food preparation and service, maintaining the highest standards. Your role also entails upholding cleanliness and organisation in designated kitchen areas.

We value effective communication and require previous experience in a similar role within a hotel setting. Your dedication to exceptional quality and standards, coupled with a passion for guest satisfaction, will be paramount.
