Full Job Description
We are looking for a brilliant CDP who can handle significant volume in our fantastic Youngs pub in Wimbledon. We have two kitchens and the one upstairs specializes in Pizza so if you have experience in that, then all the better.
You must be available to work on all days over Christmas and be able to hit the ground running in a kitchen that's busy everyday.
Obviously you must have experience (please don't apply if you haven't got any), and you must be used to working in a proper kitchen that sends out lots of volume made from fresh ingredients every day.
It's a five day week, minimum 40 hours and a great place to work with our Italian head chef, Fabio.
