Chef de Partie - London

In the role of Chef de Partie, your key focus will be to:

• work well in a team, taking ownership of your section
• ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times
• ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Hotel
• follow closely the recipe specifications to ensure consistency of the food
• ensure all mise-en-place is set up accordingly
  
  previous similar experience, ideally within a 5 luxury hotel environment with large banqueting operations
• ability to work independently and unsupervised
• good interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• excellent attention to detail
• food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications
