Full Job Description

  • To support the senior kitchen team in the day to day running of the operation.

  • Work across all sections of the kitchen and have proficiency in cooking a wide variety of dishes to be served in events and restaurant service.

  • Supporting the team, training and mentoring all Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters, allowing them to grow for the future.

  • To ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc. within the areas of responsibility., As a responsible caterer for the next generation, we ensure all our teams have the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver an exceptional food service safely, every single day.
