You'll bring your culinary skills to a stunning environment at Cheltenham College, where you'll create nutritious, delicious meals that fuel both body and mind.   • Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet the company's standards and client expectations.
  • Oversee stock control and ordering to maintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to execute special events, themed dinners, and other culinary initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, always following health and safety regulations.

  • Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a similar role within a contract catering company or educational institution preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Competitive Pay: £29,000 per year.
  • No Late Evenings: Shifts typically from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 10:00 am - 7:30 pm, so your evenings are yours.
