Full Job Description
Our exclusive clubhouse in Pall Mall is hiring for two Chef de Parties:
- Chef de Partie - Pastry experience
- Chef de Partie - Great Gallery, one of the finest dining spaces in London. Responsibilities:
- Flexible to work in any section of the kitchen
- Have a passion for cooking and possess the desire to deliver exceptional service
- Follow the law in respect of food hygiene, health and safety, the club food policy
Demonstrable experience working as a Chef de Partie in a 5 establishment (or similar) - Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine
- Level 2 food hygiene skills
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to run an effective team
