Full Job Description

Our exclusive clubhouse in Pall Mall is hiring for two Chef de Parties:

  • Chef de Partie - Pastry experience
  • Chef de Partie - Great Gallery, one of the finest dining spaces in London.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Flexible to work in any section of the kitchen
  • Have a passion for cooking and possess the desire to deliver exceptional service
  • Follow the law in respect of food hygiene, health and safety, the club food policy

    Demonstrable experience working as a Chef de Partie in a 5 establishment (or similar)
  • Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine
  • Level 2 food hygiene skills
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to run an effective team
