Chef de Rang

The Role : Chef de, We are seeking a dedicated and

passionate Chef de Rang ( Waiter / Waitress) to join our front-of-house team. In

this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring

that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will play a key role

in managing a section of the restaurant, overseeing service standards, and

leading your team with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive and personalized service to

guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.

Manage a designated section of the restaurant,

including table settings, guest interactions, and service flow.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure

accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.

Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a

positive and efficient work environment.

Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food

and wine pairings, to make informed recommendations to guests.

Uphold Casa Cruz's standards of service

excellence and professionalism at all times.

Ensure cleanliness and organization in your

section and assist with overall restaurant upkeep.

Previous experience in a similar role within a

high-quality restaurant is preferred.
