To deliver an excellent dining experience for members and guests, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.,

Excellent communication skills to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Preparing your section to set standards, ensuring all mise en place is fully prepared
Delivering a first-class experience to members and their guests
Ensure all orders are coded accurately, including highlighting allergens and dietary requirements
Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider teams
Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures

Experience delivering 5 service in a similar environment
Basic Food hygiene level 1 and 2
Awareness of Licencing laws
Passionate about delivering first-class customer experience
Team player
Able to multitask
