Full Job Description

  • Understand and deliver all contractual terms
  • Communicate regularly with client
  • Ensure all company promotions are correctly implemented
  • Analyse and effectively manage all in unit costs
  • Monitor and manage GP
  • Ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained
  • All food wastage is recorded and minimised
  • Ensure that all HSE incidents are correctly reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work procedures.
  • Ensure all food prepared, cooked, and presented to the required standards and portion specifications
  • Manage the processing of food orders, the receipt and storage of deliveries
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas
  • Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment
  • Perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery as reasonably requested

    We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our Eurest team at Edwards in Eastbourne. You will be providing outstanding service to the staff at the resort whilst guiding and motivating your team to be the best they can possibly be., Previous culinary experience essential
  • Previous management experience in a similar role including client management
