Full Job Description

  • You will be managing a team of Chefs on site. You will be responsible for all Chefs/Back of house team members.
  • Supervision of kitchen members
  • Required to Chef on the shop floor with the team
  • Accounts/bookwork, be responsible for margins and client relationships
  • Placing orders and managing stock and wastage
  • Preparing menus for functions and other special events
  • Using Aramark systems (OPX, Aratrade, Myworklife etc)
  • Overseeing production throughout
  • Processing payroll, creating rotas and covering holidays.
  • Completing your daily checks and paperwork efficiently
  • You will be following a menu cycle and preparing dishes to spec
  • You will support the culinary team in the delivery of great food
  • Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
  • Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
  • Managing costs and end of month IT reports
  • Ensure all staff training is up to date and daily duties are delegated.

  • A DBS check will be required to complete your application
  • Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential
  • Previous experience managing a kitchen and large team.
  • Previous experience reporting and working with KPI's.
  • Food Hygiene level 3 desirable
  • Be a confident chef and leader
  • Experience in our systems is desirable however training will be given to the successful candidate

    A yearly salary of £27,758
  • Full time - 40 hours per week - 5 days over 7
  • Shifts range between 6am - 8pm
  • Parking on site
