Chef Manager - Term Time

You will need excellent and proven culinary skills, be able to communicate effectively with staff and pupils, and have the drive and passion to lead the team in our goal of providing an excellent catering service that is accessible to all our pupils and staff. Reporting to the Catering Manager, and liaising daily with Business Managers and Headteachers, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a school kitchen, cooking and serving fresh food and managing a dedicated catering team., Meopham Community Academy is a two form entry primary school set in a beautiful village location and the school prides itself on providing a happy, safe and caring environment for all its pupils. We are a busy, friendly and popular school with a warm and welcoming ethos; recognised by all who visit!

The current annual salary for this role is £26,515 FTE within the Kent Range 7, pro-rata to £18,178.48 based on 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
