- Managing a large team in a busy secondary school catering facility.
- Ensuring food served to the pupils is of the highest quality.
- Making sure customer service is the top priority.
- Ensuring the site hits financial targets.
- Maintaining the high standards of food safety and H&S.
- Building a srong relationship with the client.
