Chef - Monday to Friday

A fabulous B&I location in Manchester for a British automotive online marketplace and classified advertising business. Catering for approximately 400 people daily. We offer Breakfast, lunch, 2 coffee shops, grab & go and good high end hospitality. This is a seven day operation so shift patterns are 5 over 7. The location is closed Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day. Additional benefits of this location is it has great transport links. • To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
  
  Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
