Full Job Description
A great opportunity for an enthusiastic forward thinking Team member to join the Catering Department at Bury Care Organisation (Fairfield General Hospital )
This post is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday and will include Bank holiday working on a rota basis which attract additional enhanced pay.
Being flexible to the needs of the service and previous experience of large scale catering would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team producing high quality nutritious meals for staff, visitors and patients.
Compliance with food hygiene standards and regulations including HACCP monitoring system will form a large part of this role.
As part of the Catering Team you will play an important role in the production of a high quality professional service.
