As a Chef Trainer, you'll enjoy a structured Monday-to-Friday schedule, using your expertise to shape the future of the industry. No more long hours or weekend shifts-just the chance to inspire the next generation of chefs.

In this role, you'll balance remote work with on-site visits to apprentice kitchens, staying active in the field while helping others grow.

What You'll Do:

Inspire and Teach: Use your kitchen expertise to train apprentices both in their kitchens and online.
Hands-On Learning: Support apprentices at our award-winning Chef Academy and help them master a range of culinary techniques.
Develop Future Talent: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs and guide their development.
Functional Skills: Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in kitchen operations.
Employer Collaboration: Build relationships with employers, providing feedback on apprentice progress.
Plan and Organise: Manage your schedule from home, utilising Google Suite and internal systems for smooth administration.

We're looking for passionate chefs ready to share their expertise and make a real impact on the culinary industry. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

A background as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager, with a passion for passing on your knowledge.
Strong grasp of technology for virtual training and managing administrative tasks.
Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support provided.
A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel., Disability Confident
