Chefs Assistant

In this position you will work as a member of the catering team and report to the Sandwell Chef Manager., The Chef's Assistant is required to assist with all preparation of foods in readiness for food service including hospitality preparation and delivery. This also includes some cooking, management of allergies and cross contamination and assisting with the care of all kitchen equipment.
