Full Job Description

As a Registered Nurse with Plan B Health Care, you will be providing essential support to patients in need. We offer block booking options and a competitive hourly rate, ensuring that your skills and dedication are rewarded appropriately., Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with NHS standards and guidelines.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and monitor their progress.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and well-being at all times.

Current registration as an RGN with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Previous nursing experience within hospital settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, independatly and adapt to different environments.
- Dedication to delivering compassionate and patient-centred care., Please make sure that you have held your NMC pin for 1 year minimum, you must have SACT competency and must have been actively administering chemotherapy medication in the last 12 months.
