Full Job Description

You will have at least 2 years post oncology/haematology experience as well as qualification within Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment or equivalent. Clinical skills qualification would be desirable however training can be organised if required.Mentorship qualification also essential. In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the timely admission, treatment and discharge of patients requiring a range of treatments. You will ensure the best possible standards of patient care and maintain patient safety to assist in providing a positive patient experience. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, have an understanding of clinical audit and have experience in leading a team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced nurse to join our team and support the delivery of high quality safe Oncology and Haematology care. The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with degree level education (Adult). This is predominantly a nurse led unit so we are looking for an experienced nurse with an eagerness to develop knowledge in oncology and haematological treatment pathways.
