Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive needs to work inside the organisation to streamline process, engage and motivate our doctors, nurses and allied health professionals and at the same time foster relations with local government, the voluntary sector, primary care and other NHS partners, ensuring Oxford Health is present and attended/actively engaged to in regional and national conversations. We span a wide area, from the outskirts of Bristol to the London suburbs and a compendium of services, including forensic mental health wards and health services in prisons. Our strengths include a big commitment to staff learning and development; we have a way to go to realise our own and wider NHS ambitions on equality, diversity and inclusion.

We are rated Good by the Care Quality Commission but, like everyone else, strive to deal with tight recruitment and surging demand. Our services are delivered at community bases, hospitals, clinics and people's homes, delivering care as close to home as possible.
