As CEO, you will provide strategic leadership during a pivotal period, driving forward financial sustainability, operational excellence, and innovation. Working closely with the Board of Trustees and the Hospice Management Team, you'll champion our mission and uphold our reputation for exceptional care.,
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan to ensure long-term financial stability.
- Leading a high-performing, compassionate team across clinical and non-clinical functions.
- Engaging with stakeholders to strengthen relationships and increase community impact.
- Representing the Hospice in the public eye, maintaining our trusted presence in the region.
Proven leadership experience in a complex, regulated environment. - Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
