Full Job Description

Description The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, direction and management to ensure the effective and efficient use of financial resources. They will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of White Swan Data by implementing strong processes and efficient tools giving access to accurate and timely financial data and providing information and advice on potential investments. Additionally, ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead White Swan Data's finance strategy and drive overall financial results.
  • Put in place 'best practice' systems, processes and controls to ensure clear and accurate data.
  • Ensure the delivery of accurate and timely, business focused forecasting, reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation.
  • Oversee and review accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance.
  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Maintain a collaborative environment with peers and the executive team.
  • Establish strong leadership ensuring the finance team has the tools and skills needed for success.
  • Support in improving the efficiency of the funding cycle for payroll.
  • Implement automated processes to deliver accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with P&L owners to deliver revenue targets and manage costs across the business.

    ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and educated to degree level ideally in a finance subject.
  • Xero Accounting Software experience (highly preferred).
  • IT literate with a strong understanding of excel being essential.
  • An understanding of the betting and gaming sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Data-oriented.
  • Strong leadership experience.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • 'Can do' attitude with willingness to get involved, learn and develop.

    Salary depending on experience.
