Full Job Description

  • As the Chief Instructor, you will lead the activity team through mentorship, development, and inspiration.
  • You will work closely with our guests and develop and deliver activity programmes to meet and exceed their objectives.
  • You will be a hands-on leader who encourages a positive work-life balance for yourself and your staffing team., Inspiring Learning guests come from a diverse range of backgrounds.     Personable, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a team of team leaders
  • Passionate & knowledgeable about the outdoor activity industry
  • Strong leadership & people management skills
  • Excellent customer service and administration skills
  • Ready for a challenge and to lead the team to success
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Driving Licence (desirable)
  • Have two or more of the following NGB'S: ERCA Generic Rescuer, BC sheltered water coach or above, Archery GB, SPA/RCI or British Fencing coach.
  • First aid at work qualification
