Essex Recovery Foundation is committed to creating a community of people in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction and leading on a ground-breaking project which puts the lived experience of addiction at the centre of an innovative approach to improve the recovery experience in Essex. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who can bring their experience and expertise in operations and management to our mission. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will join our senior leadership team to drive our strategic aims forward. You will lead on creating policies and procedures which improve our operational efficiency and ensure compliance with various regulations. You will support the Community Engagement Lead, Radical Change Lead and Workforce Development Lead to deliver on our five-year strategic objectives. This is a great opportunity for a highly-motivated, empathetic and collaborative individual with proven experience of operational management in a senior leadership role.
