As Chief People Officer, you will drive our People Strategy, shape culture and lead workforce transformation across the Trust and the North West London Integrated Care System. We have spent the last two years working with our interim CPO on developing our People Strategy and our People & OD delivery model and supporting structures. We are now excited to be making permanent appointments to pivotal senior leadership roles within the new structure.

You will be highly driven, goal- and action-oriented, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams, backed by a proven track record of delivery. You will bring significant experience in driving strategy and change within a large-scale, complex environment, collaborating with senior leadership teams and boards. Your ability to establish strong working relationships across systems will be crucial in inspiring your teams to achieve their goals.

As an executive leader within the Acute Provider Collaborative (APC), you will represent our Trust in the North West London (NWL) Integrated Care System (ICS), playing a vital role in building links within the system, working closely with the NWL Acute CPOs to deliver People Services Transformation and leading the Learning and OD function across our Trust and the Hillingdon Hospitals Foundation Trust within our strategic partnership arrangement.

We are looking for a leader who will be proud to work alongside our 7,500 dedicated staff to deliver on this agenda.
