A secondment or job share may be considered -if you wish to be considered for a secondment please gain permission from your Substantive Manager before applying, The successful candidate will lead the Child Development and Specialist Play teams within the Children, Young People & Families Service Delivery Unit. They will need extensive experience of working with children with developmental delay and complex conditions and be able to demonstrate a highly advanced understanding of holistic child development in the early years and the wider system of SEND support.

Their clinical leadership skills will be key as they will be at the forefront of implementing new initiatives as part of the service review and transformation. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure clinical quality and outcomes of intervention.
