Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Child Health Information Service Administrator to join a busy Child Health Information Service.This post is based at the Moorgreen, West End for 37.5 hours per week.You will be joining a leading organisation that is both forward thinking and innovative. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare is committed to improving the quality of child health services across Hampshire and takes pride in rewarding the success of its staff., We are looking for a motivated team player with experience of working within a clerical office environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, including good analytical skills. You will be responsible for day to day administration tasks including data inputting, by maintaining the accurate and timely processing of data into CHIS whilst always maintaining the integrity of the child's record. Attention to detail is a must within this role. Previous experience of working in an NHS role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate.
