Salary: Level 6 SCP 24-29 (FTE £35,378 - £39,690) inc of Local Weighting

Actual Salary: £31,007 up to £34,786 inc of Local Weighting

(Potential of Level 7 for an experienced applicant)

Term Time Only (Pro-Rata) plus 5 inset days + 5 days (in the holidays)

We are seeking a non-teaching member of staff to work as part of our safeguarding team as our Child Protection Officer and a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. The post arises from the retirement of the current post-holder.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and an enhanced DBS clearance.
