Full Job Description
- To support the key members of the team and assist with planning and implementing activities and help set up the daily program
- General housekeeping duties, tidy away at end of session, build relationships with parents and carers, nappy changing, toileting, preparing food, ability to get wet and muddy, outdoors person at all weather
- This job description is not an exhaustive list of duties and the post holder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties discussed and directed by the Manager or Owners
- To have a flexible approach to the role so that all tasks which are not in your job description are undertaken by you or your colleagues without prompting from higher management
- To maintain an excellent working relationship with all colleagues
- To support the setting to achieve and maintain a minimum good Ofsted rating at the next inspection Qualities required;
- Ability to get wet and muddy
- Be an outdoors person at all weather Hours;
- Brambles Outdoor Nursery Group is open from 8.00am - 16:00pm Monday to Friday
- The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week with shift patterns to be discussed
You must be able to gain a clear DBS - Have GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent
The Aspire Training Team are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship at Brambles Outdoor Nursery Group at their Cholderton setting. Brambles Cholderton is set in the Wiltshire countryside and their unique setting is situated right next the popular Cholderton Rare Breeds Farm.
