Childcare Apprenticeship - Level 3

The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Edith Rose Nursery, Windsor, as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Apprentice. Edith Rose Nurseries have been providing childcare in Ascot and Windsor for more than 30 years. Both settings are small-scale enabling our team of expert childcare professionals to give their undivided attention to each child to the benefit of their development. We work towards the Early Years Foundation Stage inspiring the children to learn using their natural curiosity. We treat each child as an individual, using their interests and learning requirements in order to tailor activities and opportunities which will encourage their development while having fun. We equip them with the skills to become confident and independent young people. Your roles and responsibilities will include;

• Plan and deliver engaging activities for children's learning and development
• Conduct observations and assessments to track progress and tailor support
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, following regulations and risk assessments
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing updates and discussing concerns
• Support children's emotional wellbeing and promote positive behaviour
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation
  
  GCSE's A-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills
• Level 2 Childcare Qualification is essential when applying for this role
• Must be able to obtain clear DBS
  
  Edith Rose Nursery are open between the hours of 08:00 to 18:30 Monday-Friday
