Childcare Apprenticeship - Level 3

Aspire Training Team are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at The Little Blue Door. Based in Chichester, The Little Blue Door offers 4 unique indoor and 2 unique outdoor spaces which have been designed to promote learning through play. With an over-arching mission to develop little minds our highly qualified team are united around our core values to create lasting memories for our children each and every day. Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Support in play
• Supporting the children's learning and development.
• Attending trips and parents evenings.
• Assist in meal times.
• Assist with toileting and nappy changes.
• Preparing snacks.
  
  The ideal candidate will be bright, energetic, and passionate about childcare with a willingness to learn more and to gain further qualifications.
• You must be reliable, hardworking and a good team player who is able to follow instructions., Level 2 Childcare Qualification is essential when applying for this role
• You must be able to gain a clear DBS
• GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
  
  The nursery runs all year round and is open from 07:30am - 18:00pm Monday to Friday.
• The successful candidate will be required to work 45 hours per week and be flexible with working shift patterns.
