This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, following a shift pattern. Arden House is open between the hours of 7.45am-6pm, As a key person your responsibilities are…

    The successful applicant will need to have…
  • Great understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS)
  • Strong passion for a child-centred approach to play and learning
  • Experience
  • Level 2/3 qualified
  • Prepared to have lots of fun in the work place (and out at company events)
  • Work well within a team
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills and time-management, childcare work: 1 year (required)
