To be successful in this role, you will need to be someone who

  • Has a strong background working with children and young people within a safeguarding context
  • Is an excellent manager of people, with clear leadership skills
  • Believes in our cause, our mission, and wants to help us be there for all children and young people
  • Has a passion for supporting others, especially in situations which can be emotionally challenging

    Annually:£41,503 - £46,114 plus 3.5% rota allowance and £200 home working allowance if opting for hybrid working
