Children's Community Carer

Do you have a passion for supporting children/young people with additional health needs? Have you previously worked with children in a health, educational or social care setting? An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide clinical care to children/young people with additional health needs (including tracheostomies and ventilators) at home

• Minimum of 22.5 hours per week
• Flexible working to include night shifts 10pm-7am, weekends and bank holidays
• You will need access to a car with business insurance to travel to the family homes within Surrey
• Previous experience is desirable however not essential as full competency training is provided; there will be an initial induction period followed by supervised practice
