We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Children's Community Nursing to join our caring and progressive team in Maidstone.

We're a close team but we're never exclusive, if you can bring a professional approach and fresh ideas we would love to hear from you.

Our team provides support to families with children aged five to 19. This is a varied and interesting role, working closely with local schools to provide the best possible start in life for Kent children.

As a Band 5 Children's Community Nursing you will work as part of a team to keep children safe and well in Gravesham.

You will use your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning and make sure that children and families who use our services have a good experience.
