Children's Deputy Manager - South East

In this position as Deputy Manager, you ll be responsible for the daily planning and strategising to coordinate the internal projects of the organisation. You ll also have the qualities and natural desire to work with young people, helping transform their lives and setting the foundations of an empowering journey ahead.

You will be embraced for your individual qualities and accomplishments that you bring to the team. With this, you ll be a success in this role with your in-depth understanding of implementing statutory regulations regarding children s social care, under OFSTED s standards. Along with other skills such as; children-centred care, leadership, communication and operational skills.

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £33,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
