Full Job Description

Working as an integral part of the diabetes MDT to provide dietetic education and support for children and young people with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes from diagnosis through to transition to adult services.

Management of in patients, multidisciplinary outpatient clinics, dietetic led outpatient clinics and joint working with nursing and clinical psychology team at UCLH.

The post holder will have opportunities to develop diabetes management skills using insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring as part of hybrid closed loop systems. Training and clinical supervision will be provided by the team. This post is an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic dietitian to develop clinical skills in the management of children and young people with diabetes.
