Full Job Description

To be responsible for the clinical delivery and organisational management of the Children's Physiotherapy Service, ensuring the services provided are of high quality, effective, well-co ordinated and responsive to the changing needs of the local population. This includes physiotherapy services to children in their own homes, in special schools, mainstream schools, the Phoenix Centre and pre-schools and nurseries.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Physiotherapist to lead our service to Children and Young People here in Bromley.

We provide a high-quality and comprehensive physiotherapy service for children and young people within the community setting, clinics and special schools. If you are a qualified Physiotherapist with experience working with children and young people and would like to support and proactively develop the future of the service we would be pleased to hear from you.

We are based at the Phoenix Centre, purpose built centre in Bromley, collaboratively working with other children's and young people's services in the same location to ensure an MDT approach putting the child at the centre of our intervention.

The successful candidate will be motivated, organised and committed to working within Bromley Healthcare's values and within a team environment.

An extended DBS check and fulfilment of the physical requirement of the post are detailed in the person specification. A clean driving license is desirable.

Bromley Healthcare, as a community interest company, offers an extensive array of services ranging from community nursing, including district nursing and health visiting, to specialised nursing care, along with therapy services catering to individuals across various age groups.

Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point.

We provide an outstanding benefits package, which includes pension schemes, discounted gym memberships, a cycle-to-work scheme, access to home furnishings and electronics, access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP), discounts at various high street retailers, eligibility for the Blue Light Card, the opportunity to apply for low-interest personal loans, and an excellent lease car scheme. Additionally, we are continuously striving to enhance our employee benefits offerings.
