Children's Residential Care Team Leader

We are a 6-bedroom residential home based in a quiet residential area of Luton, supporting young people aged 5-17. We pride ourselves on creating a home from home environment to allow our young people to flourish and thrive., You will support the Registered Manager by leading the day-to-day management of a shift. This will involve providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower your team in supporting the children they support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
